Customizing the footer
You can customize the search profile's footer with your own content using a WYSIWYG HTML editor. These steps explain how this is done.

You must be an Administrator with the PRIV_ROOMS_CONFIG privilege in order to customize the footer. For information about roles, see Managing roles. |
To customize the profile footer
- Log in to the Admin console as an Administrator with the PRIV_ROOMS_CONFIG privilege.
- Choose Profiles.

For the profile you want to work with, choose Preview.
The profile opens.

In the footer, choose edit.
The Content Area Editor opens up.
The Content Area Editor is a WYSIWYG HTML editor that works as a basic word processor. You can author in the graphic mode or change to the HTML mode to create and edit content. For more information, see Fields: Preview Profiles.
- Use the Content Area Editor to enter your own custom content.
- Choose preview to preview what the footer will look like with your custom content.
- Choose save to save your changes and close the Content Area Editor for the footer.
